????? Risk & Compliance Leadership: Perform threat modeling, maturity assessments, and compliance evaluations across global frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ENISA).
???? Technical Excellence: Test controls for AI/ML systems, integrate secure development lifecycle practices, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
???? Client Collaboration: Build lasting relationships by delivering expert recommendations on AI security and compliance best practices.
???? Thought Leadership: Contribute to blogs, webinars, and industry conferences, establishing Optiv as a leader in AI risk management.
???? Experience: 5-7 years in technical architecture, cybersecurity, or enterprise security, including AI/ML governance.
???? AI/ML Expertise: Familiarity with LLMs, AI security risks (bias, hallucination, prompt injection), and compensating controls.
????? Technical Skills: Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and specialized AI testing tools.
???? Compliance Knowledge: Proficiency in frameworks like NIST, ISO 270xx, and HITRUST.
????? Communication Superpowers: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
